Welcome to our bright and beautiful 2-bedroom basement apartment in the Rosedale neighbourhood! Our current tenants are leaving at the end of August, so this will be available Sept 1st. This apartment would be a great fit for 1-2 students, or perhaps a small family. We’re 10km (15-20 min drive) from the Seminary. Currently not furnished, but we’d be willing to look into that if it were requested.
Upstairs we’re a family of 4 (Rosalee & myself, Maelle & Tavi), and we attend Mercy Church (~5 mins away).
