The entryway is on back of the shop. The ground floor has garage/shop space, office, and a small mudroom and laundry area. An oak staircase leads to a spacious and well lit upstairs apartment with one bedroom and one 3-piece bathroom. The upstairs has a large living space, kitchen, and dining area with plenty of windows. A door opens onto a wooden deck with a privacy screen, and a view of the sunset, creek, and an old red barn across a hay field.

The apartment is well insulated and has in floor heat. Appliances are included (Dishwasher, Gas Stove/Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine and Dryer).

I have an old beater car which may be available for interested students – we can negotiate the details. The apartment is about 35 minutes from the seminary.
