CRTS students appreciate receiving feedback from elders in the congregations in which they preach.
Comments are used to help students develop their ability to preach and lead a worship service.
Instructions
- Please fill in the appropriate form based on the type of sermon.
- The form is to be filled in electronically and can be submitted by clicking the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.
- Once you click “Submit” you will receive a confirmation message.
- If you do not receive the confirmation message or have other technical problems, please print out your form and contact Leanne Kuizenga.
- If you wish to print a blank copy of the form, please click on the link, open the form, and then look for the printer icon in the top-right corner.
