Prayer Request - Sept 2024

As we begin the 2024-25 academic year, we ask you to join us in prayer to our Lord, both with thankfulness and petition. Here are some particular items to bring before God's throne:

• Thankfulness for a blessed Convocation Evening on September 6, 2024. What a joy to see seven men graduate and move forward on the path toward ordained ministry! We also received an edifying address from Dr. Reuben Bredenhof on "The Preacher's Progress." Very insightful! A video of the evening can be found here.
• Prayers for our graduates as they step toward serving as ordained ministers of the gospel in the Lord's timing and in the way and place that he has planned for them.
• Thankfulness for receiving eight new MDiv students and one new part-time Diploma student. These students, some with families, have come from various provinces and countries. Please pray that they would settle well into the Hamilton area and seminary life.
• Deep thankfulness that Dr. Ted Van Raalte was able to receive the heart surgery he needed after a mild heart attack in August and that he is recovering well. Please petition the Lord for ongoing healing.

As always, we sincerely appreciate your prayers and support for CRTS. Working together with all of you in partnership for the gospel (Phil 1:5) is a tremendous blessing and joy!
